Editable Contractual Agreement (14 Pages) between the Employer and the permanent Employee.

Developed by Contact Labour in affiliation with IP Braai

An Employment Contract is a contractual agreement entered into between an Employer and an Employee, typically at the time of hiring.  This Employment Contract Template defines the nature of this business relationship, what compensation the Employee will receive in exchange for the specific work performed as well as details on the Employer’s codes, policies and procedures such as managing overtime, leave, and the grounds for termination. Intellectual Property clauses are also included in the form of restraint of trade and confidentiality.

In terms of “casual work” it is important to note; If an Employer employs someone on a fixed-term basis in excess of three months, in most cases, he/she is deemed a Permanent Employee.

This Employment Contract Template is specifically drafted for permanent Employees earning up to the income threshold of R205,433.50 per annum.  If you require an Employment Contract for employees earning above this income threshold or if you require a custom drafted Employment – get in touch and we’ll set up a free consultation with Contact Labour.
